Watersoluble Fragrance Oils:
Upon special request we can offer watersoluble fragrance oils. However, we usually recommend the addition of 3 - 5 times the amount of a suitable solubilizer to our oleophilic fragrance oils. The homogenised mixture normally is perfectly watersoluble.
Expiry Date:
Our fragrance oils have expiry dates of 12 months after production. Thereafter we do not recommend further usage since interaction of the raw materials, aging, oxidation and coloring may alter the olfactive effect of the fragrance in the final product. In any case a quality control should be made after a prolonged period of stockage, especially if not stored under inert gas (nitrogen, argon), in full containers, cool (room temperature or below) and in the dark in tighly closed containers.

Legislation:
Our fragrance oils mostly contain, amongst others, interesting artificial components with special characteristics. They must therefore be classified as artificial. We can also create and manufacture natural or nature-identical fragrance oils depending on your needs.
Our fragrance oils are - with few exeptions - conform with the IFRA recommendations, i.e. you will receive an IFRA Conformity Certificate showing the product classes proposed by IFRA. This may not be the case when we are asked to duplicate an existing fragragrance which is not conform to IFRA. Upon request we create fragrance oils comform to the legislation of your country, or according to specific requirements of your company.
We usually avoid the use of nitro- or polycyclic musks for their potential of accumulation in the environment. (Interested? See our article about Musks).
We can provide Kosher or Halal certificates upon request.
All our products are of Swiss origin.
